You are purchasing a 1 x generous handful of mat forming Lilaeopsis polyantha, simply place in new home (waterlogged soil or shallow water) full sun to part shade conditions.
Do not be surprised if other natives/some exotic Sprianthes orchids/ Rainbow Fish (microscopic eggs potentially attached to leaves submerged) end up in your pond as they will be harvested directly from our habitat pond.
Ecology:
Attractive Australian native semi to sometimes fully aquatic plant with green grass like leaves often no more than 150mm high in good lighting. Thrives on the edges of ponds in waterlogged conditions. Bright conditions encourages attractive mat like behaviour
Care:
An undemanding plant that thrives in a sunny wet to moist positions. Can be placed in waterlogged conditions and potentially used as an aquarium plant. You will need to trial this form. We will as we grow more stock on.

Pests
Attractive to land snails who can decimate the plants, we recommend using organic snail pellets incase you have Blue Tongues around. https://qualitygardensupplies.com.au/product/ocp-eco-shield-organic-snail-and-slug-killer/ if you have any issues, place near the plant not on them.
Note:
- You may receive additional species in the pack (duck weed etc) Doing our best to purify our collections and stop frog movement between our cultures!
- Protect your local biodiversity, do not release any plant into your local environment even if native. Plants from cultivated sources may not be of genetic local provenance and interfere with local population ecology and genetics
- We do our best to check for hitch hikers before sending but we can't guarantee there wont be any. We suggest all plants be quarantined to contain any potential hitchhikers (algae to aquatic & land snails/inverts ) no matter the supplier
- Apologies we cannot send plants internationally to WA, TAS or NT (Biosecurity)
- Please pay for plants/items by 1pm Saturday to give us time to package the plants before post day Mondays. Payment after 1pm Saturday will mean plants posted the following week. If there is a public holiday during the post week we will post the following week to avoid the plant spending excess time in transit
- Be aware we cannot claim responsibility for delayed times in postage.
